The grievance of the petitioner is that, though the proposal is pending since November 2017, the same is not yet decided. 2.

Issue notice to respondents. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No. 3 and submits that, in case said proposal is pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment dated 24.11.2017 (Exhibit - G page 24) is pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
