It is a case of single blow given to the informant by the applicant during quarrel on repaying the hand loan. The injured has suffered simple injury. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has also been seized. Considering the nature of quarrel and the offence, the further detention of the applicant would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Balasaheb Murlidhar Jodh, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.03 of 2023, registered with Parbhani Rural Police Station, District
