Mr. Gadhe, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal of the petitioner to start 8th standard is pending with the respondent No. 2. Since long time no decision has been taken on it.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 on instructions confirms that the proposal is pending with the respondent No. 2. It is further submitted that, the respondent No. 1 is the competent authority to decide the said

The respondent No. 2 shall process the said proposal and forward it to the respondent No. 1 within a period of two months from today. On receipt of the said proposal, the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon it within a period of six (06) months from the receipt of proposal from the respondent No. 2.
