This is a Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner who claims to be a leader of the MIM party from Ausa town. Contention is that the Municipal Council is constructing toilets within 37 meters from a highway near the bus stand of Ausa town. Details of the highway are not set out in the petition by the Petitioner. Details as regards the exact distance, before making such an allegation, are not set out before the Court. The Petitioner has not moved any application to the Municipal Council for seeking details about the exact distance of the construction site from the bus stand. Reliance is placed on several newspaper as a foundation for moving such a Petition.
