It is submitted that the concerned Sub Divisional Officer rejected the application of the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate. The petitioner filed an appeal on 25.2.2019. The same is not yet decided. 2.

In light of that, the Committee shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 6.3.2020.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
