Present petition is filed challenging the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in File No. 2024/ Grampanchayat/ Appeal-2/ Pra. Kra. 191.

Learned AGP points out that petitioner has already filed appeal before the State Government assailing the order passed by Divisional Commissioner and the said appeal is pending for consideration.

The learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the appeal shall be heard and decided within a period of three months from today.

In that view of matter, writ petition stands disposed of with liberty in favour of petitioner to prosecute the appeal filed before the State Government and with direction to respondent/State
