Mr. Yaramwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is not yet absorbed though school where the petitioner was working is closed down. The petitioner was working in a school for handicapped persons. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the steps are being taken for absorption the petitioner. Now the name of the petitioner is at Sr. No. 37 of the seniority list of the persons to be absorbed.

It is submitted that, earlier the petitioner was at Sr. No. 252 of the seniority list of surplus candidates. 4.

The respondents shall take steps to absorb the petitioner as is permissible in law and in accordance with the seniority list of the persons to be absorbed. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
