PER COURT :- 1] Shri Sapkal, learned advocate appears alongwith Shri Munde, learned advocate, on behalf of the Applicant/ Municipal Council, Jalna. He tenders the original communication dated 17/03/2018, signed and issued by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Jalna and addressed to Shri Munde, learned advocate, stating the circumstances in which the five Registers were prepared and placed on record of this

Court on 12/03/2018 pursuant to which, this Court has passed the order on the said day. It is stated that, strict disciplinary action has been initiated against those who are parties to the fraud played with the record submitted in this Court. The communication further informs Shri Munde that both the Review Applications and two Civil Applications have to be withdrawn.

2] The said original communication dated 17/03/2018 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3] Learned advocate for the respondents/workmen submits that he has no objection for the withdrawal of these Civil Applications and Review Applications, though he requests that the five Registers that are in a sealed envelope preserved with the learned Registrar (Judicial), be retained with this Court unless specifically needed by the Municipal Council. 4] Considering the above, both these Civil Applications and both the Review applications stand disposed of as withdrawn. 5] The five original registers, which are preserved with the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in a sealed envelope, shall be preserved until further orders.

6] In the event the Municipal Council needs the said registers for administrative or for disciplinary proceedings as against the delinquent employees, it would be at liberty to make an application to this Court for collecting the said registers.
