The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that these Petitions can be disposed of in the light of the view taken by this Court vide order dated 8th December 2022, delivered in Writ Petition No.11786 of 2022. 2.

The learned AGP, after seeking a pass over and upon going through the matters, submits that the directions set out in the order dated 8th December 2022 (supra) can be made applicable to these Petitioners. The time granted in those matters will have to be extended. 3.

In view of the above and the law laid down in Mother Teresa Balakashram Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others, Writ Petition No. 7821 of 2021, dated 8th September 2022, these Petitions are disposed off. 2/3
