By this civil application, the applicant seeks amendment in some of the paragraphs of the writ petition by adding certain additional facts, grounds and prayer clauses. The writ petition is not yet admitted. The civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause 'B'

. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today.

The amended copy shall be supplied to the respondents' advocate within one week from the date of carrying out amendment in the Court record. It is made clear that merely because amendment is permitted, none of the respondents have deemed to have admitted any

The respondents would be at liberty to file reply to the amended portion of the writ petition within two weeks from the date of effecting service of the amended copy of the writ petition and shall serve a copy of the same to the petitioner'

s Advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within one week thereafter with a copy to be served upon the respondents' advocate. Place the writ petition on board for admission on 18th April 2022.
