This Court, by order dated 30/9/2025, had directed the respondent No.5 to pay costs of Rs.25,000/-. The matter is listed since the order is shown to have not been complied with. 2.

It appears that, the office took it that the concerned respondent was to deposit the amount with this Court. In the

order itself the amount of costs was directed to be deposited/ paid to the Library of Advocates' Association, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. Today learned Advocate places on record a copy of the receipt dated 12/11/2025, indicating Rs.25,000/- to have been deposited as directed by this Court. 3.

Thus, the order directing deposit of the costs stands complied with.
