None appears for the applicants even today.

The applicants shall supply copies of this civil application with annexures on or before 23/12/2015 so as to issue notices to the non khs/Dec.2015/2949-d

applicants. If the copies are not supplied, this civil application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 5.

In the event the copies are supplied, issue notices to all the non applicants, returnable on 22/01/2016.
