The illness of the mother of the Petitioner is not the ground covered by the Government Resolution dated 07/04/2021. As such, a Writ of Mandamus cannot be issued to entertain the request for transferring the Petitioner as per his convenience. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petition may be disposed off, as the Petitioner would make a request to the Respondent/Zilla Parishad, Beed. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
