It is submitted that the validation proceedings are pending with respondent no.1 - Committee since year 2016.

The respondent no.1 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within five months.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 7th May 2018 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, respondents no.2 and 3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.

The respondent no.3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee.
