Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to delete names of Respondent Nos. 7 to 11 from the array of petition. The deletion of the names as prayed is permitted. The deletion be effected accordingly. The petition stands dismissed in respect of Respondent Nos. 7 to11.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties for some time. The petition can be disposed of by issuing following directions. 3.

The Sub Divisional Officer, Shirdi shall decide and dispose of the Revision Petition No. 24/2021 pending on his file, arising out of Rasta Case No.45/2009 dated 24th December, 2020. The Sub Divisional Officer shall, after hearing the respective parties and giving due opportunities to each of them,

(2) expeditiously dispose of the revision petition as far as possible within a period of six weeks from today in accordance with law. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything on the merits of the case. All the contentions are kept open 5.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
