Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

It is stated that applicant No.1 is suffering from serious ailment which requires expensive medical treatment and, as such, she is in dire need of amount.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 fairly concedes to the request made for withdrawal of the amount. In the circumstances, it appears to be expedient to allow applicant
2 Civil Appln. No. 4047 of 2018 No.1 to withdraw amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only), deposited in fixed deposit receipt alongwith accrued interest thereon.

As such, applicant No.1 is allowed to withdraw amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only), deposited in fixed deposit receipt alongwith accrued interest thereon, on furnishing undertaking to the effect that in case decision in appeal goes against their interest, they would deposit the amount so withdrawn, within a period of three months from the date of such decision.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
