We have briefly heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondents. It does appear that the petitioners approached this Court on an apprehension that the wards of Ex-servicemen would be compelled to pay fees of the school.

The learned A.G.P. places before us, a circular issued by the Dean of the Vilasrao Deshmukh Government Medical College, Latur, dated 11/04/2022, indicating that the wards of Exservicemen would be covered by the Government Resolution dated 14/01/1985 and the circular issued by the Education

3019.22wp (2) Director, Higher Education, Pune, dated 21/03/2022. The said circular is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, the grievance of the petitioners is redressed and the petition is worked out.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We grant liberty to the petitioners to approach their College Management and seek refund of some portions of the fees that may have been deposited. We expect respondent No.5 to do the needful, on or before 30/07/2022.
