Mr. Navandar, learned counsel by way of preacipe prays for extension of time to deposit the amount. It is submitted before this Court by Mr. Navandar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth that the appeals are filed by the University and interim orders are passed by this Court subject to deposit an amount within stipulated period. Learned counsel submits that though the stipulated period expired sometime ago but, for certain technical and administrative difficulties, the amount could not be deposited. It was submitted by Mr. Navandar that as there

( 2 ) ca7699.18 was correspondence between the applicant/University and the State Government for release of the amount and the applicant was depending on receiving the amount after release of the amount from the State Government. Hence, there is delay caused in depositing the amount. Learned counsel submits that henceforth the applicant will take all care and caution to see that the orders passed by this Court are complied within stipulated period and there shall not be any inordinate delay in compliance of the order of this Court.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the University the period is extended for depositing the amount in compliance of the order of this Court. He also submits that he is in receipt of cheque. At the request of Mr. Navandar one week time is granted to deposit the amount. Office to accept the same, if deposited within one week from today. In view of above, the applications are disposed of.
