The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners would approach the respondent Nos. 6 and 7/society for settlement in terms of settlement arrived at by the society with one Balashaeb Popat Lande and others (page 57). 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent/society submits that, if the petitioners give an application for settlement, the society would consider the said application according to its policy. 3.
