The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, all these petitioners are covered by the judgment of this Court dated 20/09/2022, delivered in Writ Petition No.4300/2021 (Swabhimani Shikshak va Shikshaketar Sanghatana, Maharashtra Rajya Nashik and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) and the order dated 15/02/2023, delivered in Writ Petition No.11453/2022 (Swabhimani Shikshak va Shikshaketar Sanghatana, Maharashtra Rajya and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others). He, therefore, prays that the same orders be passed in this matter.

The learned A.G.P. rightly pointed out that, in the order dated 15/02/2023, this Court has observed that, the reliefs granted in these two matters would also cover those eligible candidates, who have not approached any Court. This Court has further directed that the relief as granted in paragraph No.5 (a to e) vide the order dated 15/02/2023, covers all the identically placed eligible employees.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in the light of the above judgment dated 20/09/2022 and the order dated 15/02/2023.
