The petitioner has filed application/proposal purportedly Under section 36 (2) and 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. However, the same is not yet decided. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the authority would take decision upon it in accordance with law.

In case the proposal filed by the petitioner under Section 36 and 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code

{2} 3- WP-2288-18 is pending with the respondent authorities, the respondentauthorities with whom same is pending shall decide the same in accordance with law and Policy expeditiously preferably, within a period of six months from today. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
