The applicants are the L.Rs. of the original sole petitioner, who has passed away. The learned Advocate for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned AGP on behalf of respondents 4 to 7 submit that this application can be allowed. Identical petitions have been dismissed by this Court.

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed. The applicants shall carry out amendment in Writ Petition No.11990 of 2014 within two weeks and the petition be listed in the Urgent Admissions Category on 27.3.2020.
