The petitioners seek corrections in the name of their father in the caste certificates issued to them.

The petitioners shall file on-line applications with Sub-Divisional Officer, Degloor. The petitioners shall surrender their original caste certificates received by them to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Degloor. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Degloor shall verify that caste certificates surrendered by the petitioners, are issued by its office, and shall take decision upon the applications for corrections of the name of the father of the petitioners in the caste certificates, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of submission of certificates.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
