Mr. Kotkar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in 2014 application is filed with respondents for taking entry in the possession column of the petitioner. According to the learned counsel, said application is given in 2014. As yet no steps are taken.

Learned A.G.P. for respondents submits that now the Committee is constituted as per Circular dated 13.2.2015 for entertaining such grievances.

Respondent no.3 may pass necessary orders on the application of the petitioner (Exhs. B and C) expeditiously. If respondent no.3 does not decide the said application within three months, then the petitioner may approach the Committee constituted in that behalf as per Circular dated 13.2.2015. On receipt of application by the Committee, the Committee shall make enquiry and pass appropriate orders within three months of the receipt of the application.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
