Pursuant to our order dated 06.03.2023, the learned Advocate submits that the issue of approval of the Petitioner' s admission to the B.Ed.Course is still pending. 2.

Since the Petitioner claims to have been admitted by the State CET Cell from the open category and he has a tribe validity certificate and also a non-creamy layer certificate, that we direct respondent No.2 to decide the pending issue of approval to the admission of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, khs/March 2023/2579

s own merits. The decision arrived at would be intimated to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 within 2 (two) weeks, thereafter. So also, as the Petitioner has conveyed his e-mail address, respondent No.2 would also address a copy via e-mail to the Petitioner. 3.
