Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-1714/2018 is transferred from the Family Court, Pune, to the Family Court, Jalna. 3.

The learned Transferee Court is requested to finally decide the Hindu Marriage Petition as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of receipt of the record.

4.

The parties shall co-operate for expeditious disposal and shall not take unnecessary adjournments.
