1] According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, appeals are filed by the petitioners before the Committee and the same are pending since 2013. 2] In case appeals filed by the petitioners against the order of Sub Divisional Officer rejecting the applications for issuance of caste certificates are pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the said appeals, on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within two [2] months.
