The grievance of the Petitioners is that though application has been filed the Revenue Officer is not mutating the names of the Petitioners.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Petitioners can approach the Committee constituted under Circular dated 25.06.2015 for the said purpose. In view of that, the Petitioners may approach the Committee as constituted under Circular dated 25.06.2015. If the application is filed by the Petitioners the Committee shall take

2 wp 3002.2022 steps in the matter in accordance with law and as per the Circular preferably within three (03) months.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
