Respondent No.2 - informant, twenty one years of age, has filed her affidavit giving express consent to allow present application. 2.

In view of above, allowing the prosecution to proceed against the applicants would be an abuse of process of the Court. Criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [C], subject to payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) by the applicants together to the Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad within a period of one week.
