ORAL ORDER :

By this Civil Application, the applicants seek restoration of the Writ Petition which is dismissed by the learned Registrar of this Court for non removal of office objections and for condonation of delay. Learned counsel for the applicant states that, all office objections will be removed within two weeks from today without fail. Statement is accepted. For the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is made

C.A. No.4997/2014 absolute in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) on the condition that the applicants remove all office objections within two weeks from today. Writ Petition is restored to file. It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the order passed by this Court today shall stand vacated without reference to the Court. Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
