This application is filed for condonation of delay of 1840 days in filing the first appeal against impugned judgment and award of reference Court in L.A.R. No. 1984/2010 (Old No.805/2008).

Learned AGP opposed the application stating that no proper reason is assigned for condonation of delay. Hence, application deserves to be dismissed.
