This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Application for Review against judgment dated 26.02.2018 passed by this Court in Second Appeal No.727 of 2016. The applicant has stated that for most of the times in the intervening period, he was stationed abroad and therefore for reasons beyond his control a delay of around 300 days has occurred in filing the Review Petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, although the application is strenuously opposed, I am inclined to condone the delay.
