Perused impugned order dated 08-02-2019. It appears to be ad-interim in nature since caveat filed by petitioners has been referred to as not having been received by the applicant. Since the order of status-quo is of ad-interim nature, it is open for the petitioners to contest interim relief application if pending before the tribunal and / or file application for vacating the interim relief if present application for interim relief is considered to be not pending.

In view of the same, no further orders in the writ petition are required. Writ petition, as such, is disposed of. 3.

Needless to refer to that further orders would be passed by tribunal after hearing parties.
