The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that only prayer clause 'C' is being prosecuted. Prayer clause 'C' reads as under:- "C) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, to direct the respondents to decide the application forwarded by the petitioner dated 1/8/2017 for to transfer the Artiest pension in the name of petitioner within stipulated period."

The learned ASG representing the Union of India, Respondent herein, submits that the representation of the Petitioner would be considered on it's merits.

As such, this Petition is disposed off.

Respondent No.1 shall decide the pending representation of the Petitioner dated 01.08.2017, on it's own merits, on or before 15.11.2022.
