Heard the learned AGP for Applicant / State and the learned counsel for Respondent / original Claimant.

The learned AGP submits that after the judgment and award passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad dated 18th September, 2000, the matter was referred by the District Government Pleader to the Law and Judiciary Department and after the proposal was approved, it was sent to the office of the Government Pleader, High Court Bench at Aurangabad for filing the appeal and therefore, the delay has been occurred.

The learned counsel for Respondent / original Claimant has strongly objected the application.
