This is an application for joining legal representatives of deceased claimant Pralhad Eknath Khalangre ­ the appellant in First Appeal No. 896 of 2011. Learned Counsel for respondent No.3 and learned A.G.P. have no objection to bring the legal representatives of the said deceased claimant on record. 2.

Therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' & 'C'
