ORDER:- 1, The application is for recalling of order dated 18.04.2017, whereby this Court had refused to condone the inordinate delay of 4506 days in fling review application, on the ground that the same was not explained satisfactorily. Thus, when this Court has already taken a view that the delay was inordinate and not satisfactorily explained, there is no need to recall the order dated 18.04.2017.

Accordingly the civil application is hereby rejected and disposed of.
