The appeal is filed challenging the judgment and order made by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhokar. It is at admission stage. The respondents were charged for offence punishable under section 302 read with 34 of I.P.C. for committing murder of daughter of the complainant.

This Court has gone through the evidence given against the respondents, which include the evidence of

-:(2):- one so called eye witness.

This Court has seen the P.M. report which shows that two minor injuries like abrasions were found on knee and there was no injury on other part. The death took place due to poisoning. It appears that in the past one rape case was filed against accused No.1 Udhav but that was about 4 years prior to the date of incident. The trial Court has not believed the eye witness.

Nobody turned up for the Appellant. Learned counsel for the respondents is heard. This Court holds that nothing can be achieved by admitting the appeal in view of nature of the evidence given against the Respondents. The appeal is dismissed.
