Admittedly, the challenge raised in the present petition is covered by the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No. 2772/2020, which was between the same parties and wherein identical challenge was raised, the said writ petition is dismissed by this Court. 2.

For the reasons stated in Writ Petition No. 2772/2020, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
