The petitioner has raised the grievance as against the mutation entry carried out by the order passed by the Tahasildar without following an appropriate procedure under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would withdraw this Writ Petition and avail of a statutory remedy as is prescribed in law.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedy as is permissible in law.
