Two claimants are minor, therefore, permission is granted to the claimants to withdraw 50% amount of compensation subject to filing of written undertaking by claimant Nos. 1 to 4 and 7 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of passing of this order to redeposit the withdrawan amount as and when directed by this Court. The balance 50% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till final hearing of the appeal. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
