The petitioner seeks extension of interim relief granted by this Court on 13.07.2021 and extended up-to 03.09.2021 and thereafter extended up-to 21.10.2021 till the disposal of the Revision Petition No. 288 of 2021 pending for final arguments before the respondent No. 2.

We direct the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the Revision Petition No. 288 of 2021 in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and as well as the respondent No. 6 within a period of eight weeks

Till the revision petition is disposed by the respondent No. 2 and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order that would be passed by the respondent No. 2, the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner's society for implementing the order which is the subject matter of the said revision petition and the said order that would be passed by the respondent No. 2 if is adverse against the petitioner. It is made clear that, this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the said revision petition filed by the petitioner. The revision petition shall be decided on its own merits. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Parties to act on authenticate copy of this order. 6.

The petitioner as well as respondent No. 6 are directed to appear before the respondent No. 2 on 28.03.2022 at the time assigned by the respondent No. 2 without fail.

None of the parties shall ask for any unnecessary adjournment before the respondent No. 2.
