This is a yet another case of a Petitioner, who is a teacher and wants a choice posting. He has been recently transferred by an order dated 15/05/2023 through the 'Teacher Transfer Management System' operated online on behalf of the Government of Maharashtra, Rural Development Department. His transfer is on a place which is one of his 30 options. Having disclosed an option and the place where he was willing to be transferred, the Petitioner has been accordingly transferred to Ausa.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

After completion of three years tenure at the current posting, the Petitioner may apply and the same may be considered online by the concerned Authority.
