The order under challenge is passed by the learned Reference Court, Kandhar dismissing the Land Acquisition Reference No.552 of 2010. Order is passed without adjudication as the petitioner did not lead any evidence to prove his claim.

Considering above, the Land Acquisition Reference stands restored to its original position.

Land Acquisition Reference be decided on merit within one year from today.

The petitioner shall make every endevour and co-operate the Court in speedy disposal of the reference.

It is made clear that, the petitioner shall not be entitled to receive any interest on enhanced amount in case any of compensation from 17th November 2014 till today.

With this, petition stands disposed off.
