Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

It appears to be the case of the petitioner that, he had worked till 2001 and subsequently got entangled in the prosecution and thus had been advised not to attend school functioning. Subsequently, while in 2015 she was acquitted, she had approached respondents, however she had been declined resumption on the ground that she had resigned way back in 1999.

Though learned counsel for petitioner purports to refer to a communication by Education Officer, it appears that lot of disputed

WP 793-2017 questions of fact arise. We are not inclined to entertain a petition in the circumstances. Alternate remedy as would be available as possible may have to be resorted. Petition is disposed of. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, civil application for intervention is disposed of.
