The petitioners are the appellants in Regular Civil Appeal No.57 of 2016, pending before the appellate Court at taluka Bhum, District Osmanabad. This petition was filed by the petitioners in view of the rejection of application Exhibit 8 seeking interim relief before the appellate Court. This Court had granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C), vide order dated 27.2.2017. 3.

It is jointly informed that the RCA No.57 of 2016 is posted for final hearing on 14.6.2018 before the appellate Court. 4.
