The learned advocate for the review applicant submits that on 14th December, 2021 he could not point out the fact that the petitioner had deposited the amount as directed by this Court under Order dated 18th December, 2019. The petitioner had deposited Rs. 7,00,000/- on 6th January 2020 with the bank. The receipt to that effect is placed on record. The learned counsel submits that no due certificate is also issued.

In the light of aforesaid statement, the clause 3 of the order imposing costs of Rs.5000/- on the petitioner is recalled. Application is disposed of.
