( PER T.V. NALWADE, J] :- Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, heard both the sides for final disposal.

The direction is claimed against the respondents for considering the penalty of deduction of remission for the period 21.07.2011 started from 21.07.2011 in stead of 02.11.2018. It appears that the approval of the Sessions Court was received on 17.06.019 and so as per the

3- Cri. W. P. No. 268-2019.odt procedure from the date of approval the period will be counted. The petitioner is making request that the period may be counted from previous date as from 02.07.2011 no remission was given. If it can be done, then the authority is expected to do it. With these observation the Writ Petition is disposed of.
