Learned Advocate for the applicant - appellant is filing Pursis stating that respondents no.1 & 3A are dead and respondents no.1 and 5 are

(Order) (2) Civil Appln. No. 09180 of 2018 reported to be dead issueless.

The legal representatives of respondent no.3A are already on record. This Pursis is taken on record. The fact in the Pursis is required to be brought on record in the citation i.e. title of the civil application as well as second appeal. Applicant - appellant to carry out that amendment forthwith.

Present civil application is filed for getting the delay of two days condoned in filing the second appeal.

Taking into consideration the duration and the reason mentioned in paragraphs 03 and 04 of the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Registry to verify and register the second appeal. After registration, the second appeal be placed for consideration on 14th June 2019.
