Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is willing to withdraw this petition if the trial court is directed to expedite the hearing of the case. Learned counsel submits that petitioner-original plaintiff's evidence is over and the suit is posted for recording the evidence of respondents-defendants. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-original defendants has no objection if such directions are given to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the suit.

In view of above, leave granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The trial court is hereby directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. Writ petition is disposed of.
